Make it a New Year’s Resolution
Famous WSI Results of Delaware has looked for ways to give back to the Delaware community since owner, Matthew J. Doyle, started the company six years ago. The company has deep roots in the community and in the local Advertising and Marketing Industry.
Doyle says that Famous WSI Results has made a commitment to give back to the community that has helped the business grow and supports many worthy causes throughout the year.
The company is championing Delaware’s veterans as a way to thank our nations bravest by supporting the Victory Village Project. The veteran program is a home-like environment which helps veterans to make the transition to civilian life. The program hopes to open its doors within the next few months. Once open, Victory Village will be home for 32 male and 8 female veterans. The program will help these men and women to develop confidence and the professional skills they need to become productive in the work place.
Famous WSI Results also supports Delaware’s youth by actively participating in the local Junior Achievement Program. Junior Achievement’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to be successful in a global economy. It is a volunteer-led organization that reaches 10 million students per year worldwide. Doyle and Denise Bernstein, the company’s Executive Content Manager, have presented the JA program in several Delaware classrooms.
Doyle is also very active in the Knights of Columbus. He currently is serving a term as the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Holy Child Council #12190, which runs several fundraisers and events throughout the year. The organization recently helped to collect over 140 coats to donate to those in need this winter and makes regular donations to the community and the church’s various charitable organizations.
Bernstein is a volunteer for Forgotten Cats, a Trap Neuter Vaccinate Release organization that helps to reduce the feral cat population in Delaware and parts of Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The organization is the largest of its type in the nation and has become the model for many organizations hoping to lessen the unwanted cat populations throughout the United States.
Bernstein recently retired from a 14 year Girl Scout leadership role, where she helped 5 girls from her troop to earn the prestigious Gold Award. The Girl Scouting mission is to help build courage, confidence and character in girls in order to enable them to make the world a better place.
